As we’ve previously mentioned here All Saints Live is working in association with Amnesty International to bring you an evening of beautiful choral music from the Beaumaris singers on Saturday January 26th. The evening will start at 7:30 and entrance to the concert is to be by programme, more details to follow.
The musical content of the concert will be as follows:
Lo, the Full, Final Sacrifice – Gerald Finzi
A selection of Latin-American folk songs
Requiem, Op. 48 – Gabriel Fauré
The concert will also include a short presentation from Amnesty International about their work in South America, particularly with the displaced people of Colombia, and the organisations which try to defend them.
Tickets cost £8 (£6 concessions) and are available on the door
